Under the aegis of azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, Ntpc Ramagundam Dhanwantari Hospital initiated a week long mega vaccination camp starting from 08-08-2022 till 13-08-2022,this week long program aims to cover around 9500 people covering employees, their dependent and contract workers.
While inaugurating the mass medical camp Shri Alok Chandra Thakur GM Maintenance said, NTPC is taking all measures to provide the best healthcare facilities to its employees, their family members and contract labours.
Speaking on the occasion Shri PK Laad GM-TS added that we are serious about this pandemic covid 19 and taking all the precautionary measures, he further added that this booster dose will be an add on safety to all the employees and contact labour by which we can put in our best efforts in ensuring uninterrupted power generation at NTPC-Ramagundam.
Earlier, all the senior officials inspected the facilities and arrangements made at the vaccination camp. Held at Maintenance and Planning Department, Nipurn Jyoti Bhawan.
Dr.Itwari Ram Lahri Chief medical officer, Ntpc Dhanwanthari Hospital said that in a week long mega vaccination drive all the employees,dependant and casual labours of Ramagundam & Telangana project will be covered with an aim to achieve a target of 9500 approx. within a week.
He further added, for hassle-free and smooth process of vaccination, slot booking has been introduced with proper data capturing of the vaccinated person , multiple help desks and vaccination registration counters have also been put up to ease the process. On the first day of the vaccination, around 128 employees and casual labours were administered vaccination. GMs, HoDs, Medical Staff from Dhanwanthari and others were present during the inauguration
